We buy from the same small producers every week, most of them within forty miles of the restaurant. Here are a few of them.
- Garden Farm, Elm Vale: tomatoes, courgettes and salad leaves
- Hollow Farm: grass-fed beef, aged in our own cabinet
- Meadow Farm: free-range eggs and duck
- The Fairhaven day boats: cod, sea bass and clams
